AAI Non-Executive Recruitment 2025 Eligibility
Senior Language Official Assistant
- Graduate-level Hindi master’s degree with English as a subject OR
- English master’s degree with a graduation-level Hindi concentration. OR
- English and Hindi as required or elective courses at graduation level, as well as a master’s degree in any subject other than Hindi or English from an accredited university. OR
- Master’s degrees in any subject other than Hindi or English, as well as Hindi and English as required or elective courses or as the language of graduation exams. In other words, if Hindi is the medium of instruction at the graduation level, English should be the mandatory or elective subject; conversely, if English is the medium, Hindi should be the mandatory or elective subject. OR
- A graduation degree plus Hindi and English as required or elective subjects, or any combination of the two as a medium of examination and other subjects as required or elective subjects, as well as a recognized diploma or certificate program in Hindi to English and English to Hindi translation, or two years of experience translating Hindi to English and English to Hindi at Central or State Government offices, including Government of India Undertakings or reputable organizations.

Senior Assistant (Accounts)
- Graduate with a computer literacy test in Microsoft Office, ideally a B.Com.
- Work Experience:2 years of pertinent work experience in the field in question.
Senior Assistant (Electronics)
- Diploma in Electronics / Telecommunication / Radio Engineering.
- Work Experience:2 years of pertinent work experience in the field in question.
Junior Assistant (Fire Service)
- 10th grade plus three years of authorized regular diploma in fire, automotive, or mechanical. (Or)
- 12th Pass (Regular Study).
Driving License
- Valid Heavy Vehicle Driving License; OR
- A current medium vehicle license that was issued at least a year prior to the advertisement date OR
- A current Light Motor Vehicle License (LMV) that was granted at least two years prior to the advertisement date.
- The incumbents in cases (b) and (c) above must obtain a heavy-duty driver’s license within a year of their appointment in order to complete their probationary period.
